Megan & Nash’s Wedding

Megan and Nash’s love story began long ago and they’ve celebrated many life milestones together and with their son, Eli, over the years. It was an honor to photograph their wedding (and engagement!), especially since I’ve known Megan almost my entire life. They’ve been waiting a long time to say “I do!” and with great anticipation they made their way to Stone Mountain Lodge in Lyons to tie the knot. I loved this venue with its wide open views, red rock cliffs, and gorgeous gardens!

It was a perfect fall day, filled with bright, cheery sunflowers, light-hearted children, and lots of love. The ring bearer stole a few hearts, and got some laughs, as he rolled down the aisle in a wagon decorated with a sign that said “Don’t worry ladies… I’m still single!”. But, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house as Megan and Nash exchanged vows under an arbor covered with gorgeous honeysuckle vines and flowers. It was such a special ceremony that not only celebrated Megan and Nash’s love story, but also celebrated the families they’ve brought together and the family they’ve started. Eli and his cousin, Poppy, were the cutest Best Man and Maid of Honor I’ve ever photographed! Congratulations, Megan & Nash, and cheers to the years of adventures ahead of you!
